Geocoding and Place search
Due to popular demand, we have added 3 new platforms for geocoding and address search. This is because of report of high charges from google map services.
The newly added platforms:
Opencage : https://opencagedata.com/api
Radar : https://radar.com/
Locationiq : https://locationiq.com/
How to change the platform
You can change the geocoding and search platform from the Map settings in the backend, as shown below:
Then you have to set the API Key or API token by what ever platform you select.
Note: Your result might be less accurate compare to google map service, but they are very affordable
Api Key Restriction
You can now enable api key restriction with any of the geocoding platform including google maps
Note: you need to have the "Continue Using geocoding on app" disabled
